Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier takes possession of the goods. In order to respect the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification indicating your intention to avail yourself of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event that you cancel this contract, we undertake to refund all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (but excluding the additional costs arising from the selection of a type of delivery other than the most cost-effective standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification indicating your intention to cancel this contract. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will use the same method of payment for the refund as you chose for the original transaction. In no event will you be charged for the costs of the refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be returned or personally returned to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification indicating your intention to cancel this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the total price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if you return the goods from abroad. Otherwise, we will bear the costs.

You only have to cover the costs of possible depreciation of the goods if the depreciation in question is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
